A discussion with Rafael Mariano Grossi, Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA). The event will be moderated by Steve Fetter, professor at the University of Maryland and Visiting Senior Fellow at the Center for Security Studies (CSS). The discussion will be followed by a Q&A session with the audience. The ETH CSS Public Event will be held in English.
